A NOTE FROM THE OWNER: Many people contact me for a rate without reading the entire ad, and occasionally, but not often, get irritable because of the rate I quote them. So if I may, please let me explain. The rates are determined by what Wyndham charges me. They charge more for prime season and more for Friday and Saturday nights. And, unfortunately, Las Vegas is considered Prime Season all year. So if you ask about a 3 night weekend during prime season, I can tell you in advance you will experience sticker shock. For example, the 2 bedroom is $1070 for 3 nights. The 1 bedroom is $820, and the 3 bedroom is $1380. . . just for 3 nights. If you can divide the cost among two couples or several singels, the rate is pretty good for what you get. For the best value, look at week nights. And don't forget that I give a 25-50% discount for reserations made 60 days or less to check in . . . IF THERE IS AVAILABILITY. I will give you the largest discount I can and still cover my costs.
The Grand Desert is a timeshare resort that is part of the Wyndham Timeshare properties. If you rent, you will be the guest of an owner and DO NOT HAVE TO DO A TIMESHARE PRESENTATION.
This is the Grand Desert Resort, one of the most luxurious resorts owned by Wyndham (formerly Fairfield). The resort is just blocks from the strip. But it has a shuttle that goes to the strip and downtown. It takes 5 minutes on the shuttle to the strip, about 10 minutes to downtown. No shuttle to or from the airport.
The rooms are beautiful, 5 star luxury hotel quality, but larger. There are three beautiful pools, 3 hot tubs, multiple patios, outdoor games, a masseuse, exercise equipment, a deli on site, game room, videos, etc. Or you can just use the room to sleep. PRIVATE HOMES DO NOT HAVE THESE AMENITIES!
PLEASE NOTE: The normal length of stay is 7 days (1 week). Reservations may also be made for 3 or 4 night stays if check in or check out is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It is possible to make reservations that differ from these requirements. However, availability for "odd" stays is often limited.
