This is a classic Las Vegas home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac located just minutes from the Strip. Welcome to the Double Down Desert House in Las Vegas Nevada.
The home is located just 2 miles west of the Strip in a classic mature Las Vegas neighborhood. The home has just recently undergone a complete and total renovation from the floors up! Everything in the home is brand new from the beautiful wood floors to the pillow top beds to the Granite counter-tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.
Import furnishings from India and Moroccan lighting give the home a truly unique character and a very comfortable home feeling. We did not furnish the home with just plain/cheap and used furniture, all rooms are tastefully decorated to make the home unique and a step above the rest. Our goal is to have you relaxed and comfortable and have you come back again and again.
The home is 2400+ square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, full family/rec room and formal living and dining room. All 3 baths have new fixtures as well as new tile.
The master bath has a large walk-in shower as well as a large vanity area with very large double closets for maximum storage of clothes and suitcases.
All bedrooms have queen-size pillow-top beds with both brocane and flannel/cotton sheets and more than ample closet space. The master bedroom and two bedrooms are located upstairs and the 4th bedroom is downstairs off the family/rec room. All upstairs bedrooms have plush thick shag carpet. Two full bathrooms upstairs and one is located downstairs just off the family room.
A huge bonus of the master bedroom is the double atrium doors leading out to the huge deck that overlooks the yard and even has a partial view of the Strip! There is a large easy roll-out awning on the deck to give you the desired shade when you've had too much sun.
The brand new kitchen is fully furnished and ready to enjoy. A large refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher as well as all small appliances are here and ready to use for your home cooked meals.
In the main family or "rec room" the 42inch Plasma TV is great for movies or sports entertainment. Also accompanying the TV is the surround sound stereo and DVD/CD player that makes for a perfect evening of viewing or listening to music. Another bonus is being able to watch the screen from the eating bar in the kitchen.
The landscape secluded backyard and pool is always an enjoyable with several lounge chairs and tables to soak up the desert sun. The patio is also covered by the above deck from the master bedroom. With all the mature trees and fully fenced yard the backyard is a great retreat from the hussle and bustle of the Strip. A huge gas grill is also available and ready to fire up for great BBQ-ing.

Please keep in mind this is not your typical cookie cutter-new tract home out in the suburbs. We are in a 26 year old classic neighborhood literally minutes from the Strip right dowm Flamingo ave. The Bellagio is only 10 minutes away, The Palms Hotel and Casino is 5 minutes away and the Rio 6 minutes by car.
There are great recommended restaurants within walking distance to the home and a grocery store very close as well. This is truly a hassle free, quiet, secluded location and you will never realize you are this close to all the action of Las Vegas.
